Logged into a VDI and I’m not seeing any printers I’ve already installed

If you have never printed from a University Desktop VDI workstation, you will have to install printers before printing for the first time. Please see these instructions: https://it.rivier.edu/knowledgebase/adding-rivier-network-printers-to-vdi-session/

If you have already printed from a University Desktop VDI workstation, the printers you’ve already installed should return when you log back in. On occasion, the list of installed printers will not appear on your VDI workstation right away. This is a temporary issue that resolves itself after 3-4 minutes. If you wait 3-4 minutes after logging in, the list of installed printers should appear.
