Zoom Client or Horizon Client (VDI) on Mac – Won’t Open

If you are having trouble accessing Zoom or Rivier’s Horizon Client from your personal Mac laptop or desktop, it’s possible that you need to update your Mac operating system, macOS. Apple’s newest Mac operating system is macOS 10.15, also known as macOS Catalina.

From finder, head to Applications -> Open the App store application. Then, search for macOS. Once you find macOS Catalina, click Get. It is free. You may be prompted for your Mac or Apple password.

After installing macOS Catalina, you should be able to open Zoom and/or Horizon Client. It’s possible you will need to update Zoom and/or Horizon Client, too. Just follow the prompts to update either one.
