How to reset your password (for faculty, staff, and students)

Proceed to the link below:

https://it.rivier.edu/PasswordReset

You will be prompted to enter your Rivier email address. On the next page, you will be asked to verify yourself. You can choose from any of the authentication methods you have on file:

  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Non-Rivier email address
  • Text message
  • Etc.

Note: If you reset your password and are still unable to log in, your account may be locked. This can happen for several reasons. Please contact us (see below).
