This room has a 90 inch monitor that can be used for video conferencing and wireless presentations.

It is controlled by a touch panel.

  1. Turn the system on by tapping the touch screen on the control panel.
  2. Select the activity
    1. Presentation
    2. Video Call
    3. Phone Call

Presentation Mode – Choose the source to present:

      1. Room PC – This displays the PC installed at the podium.
      2. Mersive or Solistice Pod -This allows wireless connection to the 90 inch monitor.
      3. Blu Ray – This connects the Blu Ray to the 90 inch monitor. It is located at the bottom of the podium.
        1. The blu ray controls will appear on the touch panel screen.
        2. Use the blu ray controls to control the player.
      4. Camera – This turns on the camera to record the room.
      5. Podium.

Video Call Mode

    1. Once in the video call mode you can dial out to an IP address or go to contacts at the bottom of the window to launch a zoom session.(Need to verify)
    2. Sharing Conent in Video call mode
      1. Press “Sharing” at the bottom of the video call screen to bring up a new screen for sharing a connected device.
      2. Choose the source you would like to share.
      3. To stop sharing press “Stop Sharing’ to end the share.

Phone Call Mode.

    1. Dial any number through the touchpad.
    2. The microphones in the room pick up the call.

Adjusting the Microphone

    1. In every main screen the microphone symbol is in the top right corner.
    2. Click the microphone to control the volume.
    3. Press the red X to close the screen.

Wireless Presentation is available via Mersive Solistice Pod.

    1. Choose Mersive as the source
    2. Click on the WIFI Settings in your device(Laptop\IPad\Phone) to popup the available Networks. Click on Mersive to connect Mersive WiFi.
    3. Open the web browser and enter the IP address in the URL bar that’s popping up on the TV Screen.
    4. The Mersive web page is opened and Install the Solstice client Application.
    5. After the download is completed, open the Application and enter the IP Address that’s displaying on the TV Screen.
    6. Click on Desktop option to share your Screen.
