Help! I Accidentally Deleted Data!

Step one: Don’t Panic!

First things first: don’t panic. Data is rarely permanently deleted and is often recoverable, especially if it was recently deleted.

Step two: Contact IT Support

When dealing with deleted files, time is of the essence. Contact itsupport@rivier.edu or call us (business hours: x8631, after hours: x8469) as soon as possible. We will walk you through how to recover your data or assist you in recovering from a backup.

Did you delete data from OneDrive or Teams? Check the OneDrive Recycle Bin. Head to https://rivieredu-my.sharepoint.com and then click “Recycle Bin” in the top-left of the page.
