How to reset your password (for faculty, staff, and students)
Proceed to the link below:
You will be asked to enter your first and last name. These must match what we have on file for you. You will also need to know your Rivier username (the part of your email address before @rivier.edu).
You may be asked for your Rivier ID number (starts with a letter and then several numbers), or you may be prompted to enter the answers to security questions you set up when you first created your account.
Note: If you reset your password and are still unable to log in, your account may be locked. This can happen for several reasons. Please contact us (see below).
