I Need a Loaner Laptop

Loaner Laptops

The IT Department does not provide loaner laptops. Instead, please contact Regina Library.

Employees who were issued a laptop and are having difficulty with it should submit a ticket by emailing itsupport@rivier.edu or visit the help desk. We can provide a courtesy loaner or replace your laptop, typically on the same day, if we cannot resolve your issue within a reasonable period of time.
