MFA Apple macOS Users – Important Info

Many older versions of Microsoft Office for Mac do not support MFA. Please make sure you are using the latest version:

  1. Uninstall Microsoft Office for Mac software from your Mac/MacBook.
  2. Update macOS to the latest version.
  3. Reinstall the latest version of Microsoft Office for Mac. Open, sign in with your Rivier email address and password, and click the Install Office button.
  4. Open Outlook for Mac and start the MFA sign-in process.
