MFA Apple macOS Users – Important Info

Many older versions of Microsoft Office for Mac do not support MFA. Please make sure you are using the latest version:

  1. Uninstall Microsoft Office for Mac software from your Mac/MacBook.
  2. Update macOS to the latest version.
  3. Reinstall the latest version of Microsoft Office for Mac. Open https://office.com, sign in with your Rivier email address and password, and click the Install Office button.
  4. Open Outlook for Mac and start the MFA sign-in process.

Are you getting prompted to enter your password over and over and it doesn’t stop?
