Opening Shared Mailbox
My department mailbox has been converted to a shared mailbox. I have been told I have access to it, but I don’t know how to open it. Help!
Not a problem! You can open the mailbox in multiple ways. Feel free to choose the option or set of options that works best for you.
- Outlook on the web (webmail in the browser)
- Outlook Desktop App (Office 2016 or Office 365)
- Outlook Mobile (iOS or Android)
