Accessing Student Photos and Directory

We have put together a student directory that lists all active students. You can see full student name, Colleague ID, Rivier email address, and their campus ID photo if available.

1. Visit https://csmysql.campus.rivier.edu/reports/StudentPhotos/ (only accessible from ON CAMPUS)
2. When prompted, enter your Rivier email address and password. NOTE: If prompted for a PIN, choose ‘More choices’ and then ‘Use a different account’ and then enter your Rivier email address and password.
3. Search for the student. Enter any port of the student’s name, email, or Colleague ID.
4. Click on their name to view their photo.

Note: This is only accessible to faculty and staff who are on campus. No access off campus or to students. Sorry, this directory does not let you sort by course or section.
