Voicemail – How to Access From Home

To access voicemail from off campus or from any phone:

1. Dial 603-888-1311
2. When you begin to hear the greeting, ‘Thank you for calling Rivier University…’, press *
3. When you begin to hear, ‘Welcome to the message center…’, press * and immediately enter your 4-digit extension
4. You will be prompted for your passcode. Enter it at the prompt.

The voicemail system will instruct you on how to play a message, delete it, or forward it. To change your voicemail greeting or to set an extended absence greeting, select ‘8’ to change user options.

If you do not know your voicemail pass code, please open a support case with us by emailing itsupport@rivier.edu.

Alternatively, you can receive your voicemail in your email Inbox. If you are not already receiving your voicemail in your Inbox and would like this feature enabled, please email us at itsupport@rivier.edu and ask us to set this up for you. Be sure to include your Rivier email address and your extension!
