When Logging Into VDI, Message ‘No connection available’ Appears

This is usually solved by a ‘reboot’ of equipment.

To restart your VDI zero client, press and hold the blue button on the VDI box for 10 seconds to power it down. Wait 10 more seconds, and tap that same button to turn it back on.
