When logging into VDI, Message ‘No connection available’ appears

This is usually solved by a ‘reboot’ of equipment.

In the classroom, turn off the red master power button (inside the podium). Wait about 10 seconds, then turn it back on.

If the office or lab, press and hold the blue button on the VDI for 10 seconds to power it down. Wait 10 more seconds, and tap that same button to turn it back on.
